- Billing and payment information, processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
- Agency profile information, including your agency name, logo, contact details, and branding preferences.
- Client information you add to the application, including client names, company names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Campaign and marketing data you enter, including campaign metrics, spend data, performance data, and any weekly or daily breakdown data you provide.
- Report content, including AI-generated executive summaries and any text you write or edit manually.
- Contact form submissions, including name, email, company, message, and service interest.
- Team invitation details, including the email addresses and roles of any team members you invite.
Information collected automatically
- Session and authentication cookies required for the application to function.
- Basic server logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and access times.
- Aggregate, anonymous usage analytics via Vercel Web Analytics, such as page views and general device and region data. This is privacy-friendly: it uses no cookies and does not identify you individually.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Our usage analytics is cookieless and does not track you across other websites.
Information from third parties
We receive payment status and subscription information from Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how Stripe handles payment data.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Spurora Insights service.
- Generate AI-powered executive summaries for marketing reports.
- Process subscription payments through Stripe.
- Send transactional emails, including account verification, password resets, team invitations, and contact form responses.
- Improve and maintain our services.
- Respond to support requests and inquiries.
- Enforce our Terms of Service.
AI-Generated Content
Spurora Insights uses artificial intelligence, powered by third-party AI services, to generate executive summaries for marketing reports. Campaign data you enter is sent to our AI provider in order to produce these summaries.
We do not use customer data to train AI models. AI-generated summaries should be reviewed by you before sharing with clients, as AI systems may produce inaccuracies or omissions.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Stripe, our payment processor.
- With our AI service provider, Anthropic, for the sole purpose of generating report summaries. Only the campaign data needed to generate the summary is shared.
- With our email delivery provider, Resend, for sending transactional emails.
- With our hosting provider, Vercel, and our database provider, Supabase, as necessary to operate the service.
- When required by law, legal process, court order, or government request.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business assets, with notice to affected users.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS and TLS.
- Secure authentication through Supabase.
- Payment processing through Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.
- Access controls and secure database hosting.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Contact form submissions are retained for ordinary business purposes. Published reports shared via public links remain accessible until you delete them or close your account.
Your Rights and Choices
You can:
- Access and update your personal information through your account settings.
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting support@spurora.com.
- Request a copy of your personal data by contacting support@spurora.com.
- Opt out of non-essential emails.
If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may provide additional rights. If you reside in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may provide additional rights, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
